Jason has been a leader in the software industry for 18 years. He has co-founded 6 companies and has served in a senior management role at YOUiLabs, N-able Technologies, Canadian Health Systems, and Eftia.

Peter O'Blenis – VP Business Development and COO
Peter has been in the software industry for 18 years and has been managing software teams and businesses since 1997. Peter has held management roles at Corel, Oracle, WebGain, TrialStat, Mitel and EclipseSource.

Luc Duquette, CA – CFO
Luc has served as CFO for over 20 years for Ottawa-based technology companies such as Image Wave Systems and YOUiLabs and Flick Software.

Deborah Naczynski, BA – Director, Marketing and Communications 
Deborah has over 10 years experience in marketing and communications training. She has delivered results in both large firms and technology start-ups, including MBNA Canada and YOUiLabs. 

Joyce Wilson, BA – Administration
Joyce has over 30 years of experience in administration, the last 10 years with technology start-ups such as Kymata Canada, Epocal Inc., YOUiLabs and Flick Software.

Marcel Farcas – Senior Architect
Marcel has extensive experience in mobile development, client server applications and web development. He has developed and deployed large scale mobile solutions for medical, logistics and industrial applications. Prior to joining Flick, Marcel held senior developer roles at Zero-Knowledge Systems, Mainsource Software, Tyco and Covidien.

Paul Zhou – Senior Architect
Paul has been developing mobile applications for over 8 years. His experience with Flick includes the development, deployment and maintenance of mobile solutions for CityOnMap, ImageWare, Canadian Health Systems,  Amtrak, Canada Post and OmicronTech.  Paul’s mobile expertise includes Windows CE, Windows Mobile, iOS, Android app development and backend integration.
